The development of this research had the purpose of making an internal and external strategic diagnosis of the current situation of the Dotatex textile endowment company, which allowed to analyze its environment. From this analysis, an optimal strategic planning model was proposed for the improvement of its competitiveness in the sector to which it belongs. Dotatex is a company that offers industrial uniforms with design and customization of the garments that are adjusted to the needs of the companies of the industrial sector and that contribute value to the operative personnel of the companies, focusing on providing an accompaniment in the whole process of the purchase And after-sales follow-up. For the development of the study, it was based on the current diagnosis of the company through the DOFA analysis, which allowed to define its weaknesses and strengths to have a global and integral vision of its real situation. With the purpose of proposing a planning model to the unit of analysis, a tool review exercise was carried out, based on some criteria from which the Goodstein, Nolan and Pfeiffer (2005) model was selected, which has been extensively Used for companies of small and medium magnitude. |
