Sumario: The Marketing strategic planning (MSP) is a need for La Fortuna S.A. to the effective implementation of it’s porposes for the 2016-2018 period. By definition the MSP, contributes to align the financial and human resources to succeed. The Company requires an strategic marketing plan to be build on a conceptualization or theorical basis to stablish it’s develop framework, the diagnosis of the marketing measures that validate the results and the formulation of a line of action to achieve the objectives for the indicated period. The “chance” or betting industry, is the most profitable product for the operational income and rentability to the partners of La Fortuna S.A. Establishing a strategic marketing plan benefits the Company and the stakeholders.
