Therefore, it became important and a review was made on the subject and its context in Colombia during the period 2010 to 2016, in order to find various studies and investigations, which allowed to have a wider view among these variables on the veracity of the exposed relationship. The problem that refers to this article is due to the relationship that has business innovation and that this influences the management of human talent to have a qualified human capital, qualified and valued for the development of both social and economic objectives.
