Sumario: The Sharing Economy model, through the incursion in the developed countries and later in those that are in the developing process, has been transforming the ways in which the consumer of goods and / or services is relating to their suppliers. That's why this monograph has tried to study the advantages and disadvantages of the incursion of the Sharing Economy model in Colombia, using different theoretical tools, as well as making comparisons through Bench markings, where Colombia is analyzed against different countries of the South American regions, that have generated at some point a big progress in terms of Sharing Economy. In this way, is possible to conclude from an exhaustive analysis that the penetration of this model in the country, in spite of not been achieve the maximum yet, due to the different technological, social, and legislative difficulties of the nation; the Sharing Economy has generated enormous and collective benefits that impact, among others, high economic incomes that go directly to the average citizen, for who has promoted a different way of trade, and has changed some paradigms of B2B, and B2P trade, giving them a different roll into the economy, and becoming them into a more personalized trade, what means, a P2P trade
