Sumario: This article analyzes everything related to and that has to do directly, with the impact that is generated in companies from the dimensioning of their organizational structure. It is worthwhile to clarify and define what is an organization, where its definition in the dictionary is quite clear and concrete: "it is the set of two or more people who work collaboratively and together within identifiable limits to achieve a goal or common goal ". In short, what is meant to be understood is the importance of roles in any organization, because without a joint work it is impossible to have any efficiency in the projects, or in the worst case that leads to the total deterioration of the company.
