The purpose of this degree work is the methodological design, schematizing the proposal of the methodological design on the guidelines of the health and safety management system, for a company manufacturing special metal parts, treating from aluminum to hard steels in the city of Medellin; with the purpose of establishing tools for analysis, verification and verification of risks that may affect the safety and health of workers internall
The research will be based on a quantitative approach, this will serve as a guide for the review and analysis of the current situation, these observations will be made through visualizations, interviews and surveys to generate a control and evaluation format, this linked to the activities and requirements which are established by Decree 1072 of 2015, in addition to this, a risk matrix regulated in Colombian technical guide 45 (GTC-45) will be used, in order to identify the risks that are present. These evaluations must be related to the law required by the Colombian government, allowing to identify the state in which the company's system is located, and then design the requirements that are needed for the implementation of an OSHMS.
The case analysis will be carried out taking into account improvement actions that may arise, after the initial evaluation of the system; All these activities are implemented taking into account Resolution 1111 of 2017, Decree 1072 of 2015 and ISO: 45001. |
