Sumario: This paper makes some references to the richness and vitality of African cultures that serve to build multicultural policies in that continent. This leads to address the issue of inclusive nation and the state in Africa, and to examine the scope of the search for national unity from the cultural diversity of African peoples, that is, this paper focuses on the analysis of the relationships between African states and cultural diversities.
