Sumario: The article presents an analysis to determine the competitiveness of Colombian palm oil in international markets through participation and behavior variables in the markets to which such products are exported. A matrix is designed to analyze the behavior in export markets between 2008 - 2012 and relative trade balance indicators and comparative advantages are applied.
