Sumario: This EIA was conducted in the canton San Miguel de los Bancos, Pichincha province where the project processing milk Livestock Agricultural Association June 11 will be implemented. The study area, direct and indirect includes a total of 70 farms that are part of the project, 63% of farms are located in the parish of San Miguel de los Bancos canton of San Miguel de los Bancos and the remaining 37% are located in the parish beautiful Valley Region Santo Domingo de los Colorados. The Livestock Agricultural Association process the milk which was previously submitted to the Industrial Society Livestock "The Milking" for yogurt, cheese and milk drink. Identified environmental aspects and impacts are quantitatively and qualitatively assessed at each stage of the construction phase and operation of the plant. The environmental impacts were identified using the methodology developed by the Ministry of Environment based on studies by the National Polytechnic School. Involvement in quantity and quality of physical, biotic and social components of each process are: water, soil, air, and are associated with the generation of wastewater, hazardous waste, solid waste, air emissions and noise. Risk identification is performed based on the current status of the study site and the activities developed and implemented once the plant. For the environmental risk assessment methodology was used Spanish UNE 150008-2008. Finally in research by environmental management plan preventive, control, mitigation and reduction of negative impacts generated during the construction and operation of the plant were established.
