The present work proposes to analyze the rotating shifts and his impact in the familiar relations. For which in this study one presents as theoretical axes the Theory of work to shifts where is explained the transformation of the concept of work up to the current importance; since this has generated models of work, models of risk evaluation psychosocial for the intervention in elements that allow the well-being of the worker inside the activities that the work does in this case to rotating shifts; Another theoretical axis is the social Psychology of the family where one presents a brief analysis of the family and as this system it is formed by historical moments up to the current importance, since the members manage inside a social established system. |
