Sumario: Some time ago the training and advising activities were considered as expenses for a company, but with the course of the years and technological advance it was determined that people are to the organization the main heritage which they may possess, in this way to generate budgets for its appropriate development is a rewarding topic. These aspects were considered for the designing and development of this project, which will benefit employers in the province of Imbabura considering its commercial, technical, organizational, financial viability and long-term impacts. To develop the marketing study, I surveyed a select group of companies to determine if they would be disposed to use the training and advisory services in talent management, to identify service features, strengths within the area and information about the appropriate price for the service.
