Sumario: This analysis of communication and social organization. To settle Theoretical bases since the state's laws, television, social construction, poverty like deprivation, sensationalism, right to inform, freedom of expression from respect for the integrity and image of childhood, from programs like "In the flesh "and" Amazing ", to develop the axis of study, which is, to identify, to relate and analyze from the Communications Law, discursive form of self-regulation of the state and the construction of meanings and senses of programs to generate the violation of rights. This analysis takes an approach to the rules (Communications Law and the Code of Childhood and Adolescence) from the framework of respect for the rights to the image and integrity of children / girls and adolescents in which the mechanisms show of the research and interpretation of program´s content and contradiction for control of their meanings. A content analysis of programs was elaborated twice a week for two months before the adoption of Communications Law and two after to approve the same; which in the first instance reflected mentioned in the first paragraph and, as a second part reflects the aforementioned theoretical proposal and, at the end to unveil as resignific respect´s variables to the image and integrity of childhood for violating their rights and as was the self-regulated.
