This investigation research is prior to the degree on information and communication technologies (ICT) applied to administrative, accounting and financial processes in tourism industry of Quito Metropolitan District (DMQ). The aim is of this research is to determine which is the impact of ICT application mentioned above in each of tourism companies of the district previously stated above.
The research degree was carried out under parameters corresponding to an exploratory investigation, non-experimental, which is based on the observation of different elements involved in research, as they arise naturally, in their respective environment where they develop, without any intervention.
The investigation of this topic is divided into the various ICT, and all related to them, sector and fields where they apply.
Finally, it has been concluded that ICT application in administrative, accounting and financial processes generates a positive impact on its execution, thus, obtaining a remarkable economic and commercial development of tourism enterprises of DMQ, the application of ICTs creates benefits for companies that employ them in their processes in an efficient and timely manner by each of the partners; besides, a correct and appropriate use of all resources that lead to a result. |
