Sumario: This project reveals the previous processes carried out by the farmer before seeding which reflects the need for the design and construction of a seeder machine with automatic dosage of seed of quinoa and fertilizer with capacity of 20 kg/h, which will allow meeting a need in an increase in agro-industrial sector. We analyze three alternatives for the design of a planter of quinoa, based on need, cost, and performance of the same. Which selects the most suitable alternative by using the method of weighting, according to their feasibility and development. Is mechanical design machine whereas shafts to combined efforts, speed, hopper capacity, ratio of transmission, thrust, weight, chain selection, selection of gears that will be used in the transmission of movement, through static and dynamic analysis is checked to Accessories and selected axes of coupling as cotter-pins and bearings are correct, with a simulation of efforts and deformation of structural elements by 2015 Inventor software. Analyses the results obtained in accordance with the established objectives, taking into account the profit made in terms of the optimization of time, effort, cost, saving seed and fertilizer.
