Sumario: The present research shows the need to influence on the non-inclusive spaces of communication and media to professionally contribute with tools that may develop processes of democratization of information and communication in societies or persons with different capabilities. Research on the process of people with disabilities in Ecuador and the lack of inclusion for the blind people is essential, because it puts into evidence the need for adopting inclusive technologies such as the audiodescription translation system, which improves the experience of the blind person in the audio-visual field. It will be show that the role of the communicator is centred around the problematization of facts, decisions, techniques and contexts, where the creative value is capitalized; the imagination, innovation and interpretation of communication, the role of the communicator becomes that of a mediator of the vulnerable sectors of society, the one who looks for the access of the "other" to culture, information, education and knowledge spaces by means of theoretical tools and new technologies.
