The work aims to help diabetics and hypertensive patients in the Hospital "A Song to Life" in constant control of their disease, given that often due to lack of monitoring, lack of care or have no chance to visit a doctor does not give adequate health care. Described in this project to build a system that provides the ability to maintain a virtual consultation between doctor and patient through video conferencing and chat, in addition to the development of a web portal dedicated to patients, families, care staff , and generally interested in learning more about these diseases, their causes, treatments, symptoms, care and others. |
