The following research the integration of ISO 9001: 2008 "Quality Management Systems" INEN and ISO 22716: 2013 "Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices" in an appropriate methodological guide to the cosmetics industry Quito, in order for organizations that manufacture cosmetics in the city, improve the quality of their products.
Initially the diagnosis of the cosmetic was held in Quito, with regard to the number of manufacturers of these industries registered by the National Health Authority products, including if they have implantas Standards and certified Good Manufacturing Practices and Management Systems quality according to the ISO 9001 model 2008, finding that 21% of cosmetic industries in Quito have certified quality management systems and only one is certified to standards of Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics subsequently characterizing all performed processes in a type cosmetics industry city to define nouns, adjectives and support processes, finally the methodology developed a type of cosmetic products Quito industry for comments socialized, they contributed and were considered in the preparing the final document also was also rated the degree of interest of the industry to implement together a System of quality Management according to ISO 9001: 2008 Guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices, presenting a high percentage of acceptance
