Currently fixed assets are a key part and an important item in their balance sheets; for this reason it is necessary to have a proper mechanism of control, it will be possible to generate reliable and effective for decision -making by senior management information. With proper management and control of fixed assets , management can have better control of their fixed assets incurred expenses, and forced their employees to care for and protect them for the benefit of the company. The implementation of physical findings help the finance department to keep their records which can make estimates and budgets approached to reality, because with this control mechanism can be evidenced damage or defects in fixed assets in a timely manner. Besides this paper claims that the performance of the human element is provided to achieve compliance objectives and performance of its functions , such as participation , support and control in the normal course of business . This management tool will be referred to as manual procedures , which will establish the mechanisms and policies necessary registration and control of fixed assets , through the identification of operational responsibility for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities inherent in the management of goods . Proper use of this manual will enable saving time and effort in executing the work. For this reason we have developed this thesis contribute to solving the problems of administrative financial area. |
