This research project aims to design a technical operational mechanism for adaptation of ICTs aimed at SMEs textiles located in the city of Pelileo besides analyzing what competencies and skills that should have a user who wants to use technological tools are business, and determine what level is the management of their companies.
In introducing the bill mentions history in our country of the introduction of ICT to SMEs in Ecuador as well as the theoretical and legal foundation that supports research.
The data collection was conducted using research techniques such as the survey, for the presentation of results graphs and tables used statistics thus help the understanding of the reader, the analysis of results was performed by the interpretation and validation of the data for and obtain design proposal
