Sumario: This article has the general objective visible to women as agents of change, creator of collective spaces of social interaction and participation with initiatives that promote social inclusion and gender vindication. The work of women, active actors involved in a shaft that develops and incorporates volunteering and the relationship between them, with local development interests and social resistance was revealed. The experience of the group of women Carishina en Bici, who use the bicycle as a tool to vindicate their role in building socially and gender paradigms is systematized. Methodology allowed the participant understand the importance of these experiences for the welfare of women and the city. Response is given to the research question: Are the activities, practices and spaces that women create favorable scenarios for inclusion, participation and social demands gender? There have been few visible struggles of empowerment and inclusion vindication from and for women, trying to use them as a pedestal for the new resistances, ranging from little with ideals away from the logic of domination and hierarchy, becoming aware and denaturing daily gender violence. The collective Carishina en Bici brings diverse experiences of women involved and transcend both public and private spaces. Voluntary participations of women in their demands for social justice proposed that empowers and considered an agent of change for itself and for the city
