The tesis job refers the implementation of a tool for evaluation performance by
competences within the Technology Unit of the Security Company, through the
establishment of a scale of compliance is intended to qualitatively measure each of
the behaviors of which it is composed The competition, to obtain objective results on
the performance of the workers.
The tool designed represents an innovation within the human resources management,
because it provides the opportunity to know the performance of each of the
collaborators from a vision of competencies, which transcends the traditional vision
that limits the human being to his technical knowledge; Now the different skills and
abilities that determine the success in the development of its functions are
recognized.
The main objective is to develop and maintain competent and prepared personnel to
offer a quality service to the requirements of the clients. The design of this project is
based on the reality presented by the company, whose business is the sale and
installation of security equipment, as well as the monitoring service of the signals
emitted by electronic systems which requires constant contact with The client, and
the competencies are focused to evaluate that the collaborator is able to meet the
expectations of each of the consumers. With the results achieved with the application
of the present project, it analyzes the benefits and the impact that it generates, to
maintain it in the long term. |
