Alberto Negrete Salas Ingeniería Global, adopts measures to improve its
departments, one is Human Resources, which has been strengthened by the
creation of this project focused on the design, development and implementation of
the process of selection and hiring of staff in the 2014-2015.
This project allowed close the nonconformities and continue the ISO 9001
certification, and maintain the quality system, in addition to a process of selection
and hiring effective, allowing joint personnel entering the company to fill a post
job. The methodology was performed under a plan, which is subject to
bibliographical sources and knowledge acquired during the academic training at
the Salesian University. The process of selection and hiring of staff is essential in
the activities and progress of the company, to meet customer requirements. With
the creation of the project has been able to meet the project deliverables in the
proposed dates highlighting the company within the market making it a
competitive entity.
