The intervention project at the organizational level is the design and implementation
of the selection process in Núñez Import from the month of December 2015 to July
2016 by means of the realization of products that standardize the requirements
according to the position.
Among the tools designed and implemented within the company are the Corporate
Manual and the Manual of Functions, essential products within the Human Talent
selection process. Because they allow theoretical knowledge to be transformed into
practice by uniting classical philosophers such as Aristotle and Platoon, making the
world of ideas posed by Platón shapes and figures in a tangible reality. The whole set
of corporate rhetoric becomes practical in the motivation of each employee.
The project of intervention in the psychological field in an organization allows us to
compare the required with what has been achieved to advance to the next the formation
of Human Talent leaders, each profile of the job allows to know the functions and
activities periodic, occasional and occasional. |
