Sumario: The present project addresses the issue of the selection of personnel for occasional service contracts, in which the experience and acquired learning were systematized, which allowed the structuring of a timely procedure to carry out the selection of staff for occasional recruitment, using Each of the phases described in the project. First, an analysis of each of the important aspects of the institution's needs was carried out, which allowed and identified key points to be improved within the project process and execution. The information obtained during the elaboration of the project was organized and processed, so an analysis of the elements was elaborated to structure them in an optimal way. It describes each of the stages of the personnel selection process, focused on acquiring the right human talent, and adjusting itself to the institutional objectives. It explains how the selection process is carried out and the importance it has within the institution, the series of steps that must be followed, that there is a feasible process without obviating fundamental aspects that allow selecting the ideal candidate that best suits the profile. Corrective measures and improvements were made to the process that was being carried out. Pilot tests were carried out to reflect positive and / or negative results of the project. It describes the results, objectives and purposes that have been obtained through the experience and analysis of the information. In order to conclude with the project, an objective analysis of all the information was elaborated, which allowed to discover the key elements that strengthened or weakened the process of selection of personnel for contracts of occasional services
