The current job has as a main objective design a technical management model for the
psychosocial risk at Petrincom S.A Company due to the fact that psychological risk at
work is one of the first causes of accidents and illness.
The company has more than seven years in the oil industry, has 40 employees of which
38 are men and 2 women. This group has the highest risk in comparison with the others
companies in the Petrotech
The test used in this job was the ISTAS 21 (CoopPsoQ), which measures 21
psychosocial factors; additionally we used the “Batería de instrumentos para la
evaluación de riesgos psicosociales” in order to find all the factors that affect the
workers’ health. However it was not a trustful test so we did not use the results.
We have done this job considering the main psychological risks such as stress, burnout
syndrome and mobbing. |
