Cajamarca Protective Services is a private security company created by former
members of the French Foreign Legion's elite sniper unit. Its mission is to provide its
clients with the best security services in the market, as well as offering services in
residential and commercial protection, escorts Armaments, consulting services and
polygraphic examinations.
It is located as a parent company in the city of Guayaquil, after two years of
experience in the market it extends a branch in the city of Quito where the present
Intervention project will be carried out.
The branch of the company is established in the city of Quito a year ago fulfilling
the objectives proposed by its company, being a new branch is still strengthening some
processes that are executed around the business turn.
Within them is the Department of Human Resources in which there are no
established processes, on the contrary the management is based on verbal indications
without any record.
It is for this reason necessary the creation and establishment of processes that allow
to improve the quality of the work giving an effective service to the clients. |
