Sumario: FABSTEEL Company associated to the Group Ospining this dedicated to the production and assembly of metallic structures for offices, department, universities, clinical and hospitals, company that looks for among other to improve the production of metallic structures exclusively by means of the machinery design for the production of beams type "I" and columns among others. With the design of a machine posicionadora of beams type "I" semiautomatic to weld accessories from 240mm up to 810mm of soul, the same one that has as objective of solving the positioning of the beam to weld accessories. The accessories of the beam type "I" is the section profiles "C" to support the secondary beams, plates rigidizadoras are at the soul, for the facilities of electric ducts, sanitariums and ventilation among other. The machine has a diameter of 1.8m and 6.5m of longitude, where it designs a reception mechanism and subjection mechanism of neumatic for the beam, the one which this coupled to some rollers to mobilize the beam inside the machine. Also it has a mechanism turn reducer to position the beam at 45º or 90º, depending on the location of the accessory. The machine together with the beam rotates, where it is supported in wheels, which facilitates to rotate the machine on their own axis. The total operation of the machine is carried out it by means of a main panel of control, which guarantees operative's security to execute its work.
