The present thesis has as an objective, the design and construction of a bender
machine for metallic strips, controlled through a semi-automatic system which
allows with it a more efficient bending process for the metallic strips.
For its study, the present job has been established in 4 chapters detailing in each one
of them the most relevant information for the design and the construction of the
bender machine. These chapters have been posed the next way.
At the chapter I shaped by the theoretical framework and the analysis of
alternatives, the theoretical framework provides the reader with the essential,
complementary and specific concepts which will be useful as foundation and
will orientate the job to carry out. The analysis of alternatives carries out the
study of the different choices that exist for the development of the bender
machine thus obtaining the best choice that fulfills the needs.
The chapter II, design of the bender machine, defines all the technical
information for the design of the machine.
The chapter III, calculations of the bender, contains the respective
calculations for each element that shapes the machine, for later performing its
construction.
The chapter IV, regarding the costs, collects all the financial information
which shows the total cost of the bender machine. |
