The following work is an abstraction about the relationship between mediation, education and being these both part of a whole organization. The project expects the approach of the educative mediation within its use, not only from the educative and legal aspects but going through the organizational also. It looks for a link of several disciplines and such conflicts mediation at an educative level. It is a formative and organizational proposal searching for interlacing the educative community to remain into the frame that regulates the education nowadays, not only in Ecuador but worldwide: the pacific resolution of conflicts. In order to achieve this objective, it is needed prepared human talent that is not external from the educative reality; that is why this work involves people form the educative community but ruled under an industrial psychology area outline.
The challenge this proposal sets out is the interwoven of educative and industrial psychology in the construction of a training to form mediators in terms of educative contexts directed to authorities, teachers and students taking into account the legal regulation but doing it with a plus: such capacitation is not based on the mere people’s willing for belonging to the mediation teamwork but in the study of profiles that guarantee that those persons who have the needed abilities to be mediators that are not external from the institutional context where they are managed in. The main goal is to train to mediate competent people for this great task. |
