Sumario: World catalog sales is a current that leads consumers to purchase other, more comfortably, in line with their needs and providing this quality service, so in a way that facilitates the consumer's life by its more interactive, informative and enjoyable purchase, so that this differs from the traditional way of consumption, in a shop. To improve the quality of customer service, it is necessary to know the same profile so you can adjust the service after their needs, this research aims to assign a characterization consumer product catalog middle class in the city of Quito, knowing the different profiles that this entails. Was used as the base "model of consumer decision making" who through three stages shows all the factors influencing the decision to purchase the same, so the profile of this type of consumer is young to pursue professional development its main characteristic is reflected in the comfort and quality when purchasing a product, what you see in this type of direct sales meeting their needs in a more interactive way, which facilitates certain way their lifestyle.
