Sumario: The present study is based on the campaign to world level of the energy saving and care of the environment for the Company Nestlé-Ecuajugos, reaching an agreement with Armstrong like supplier of the industrial teams for steam. The main point of the study is the inspection of the traps for vapor and the recovery of condensed of vapor, by means of a physical rising the systems of I swindle and the inspection of the traps that you/they throw away the condensed one to the environment and it is not recovered. The traps for steam are inspected by the ultrasound method (stethoscope), which you can verify if the traps are in opened state (flight of vapor), Covered (slow heating of the process teams), or in if faulty, each trap type like those of Overturned, Thermodynamic Pail, Float and Thermostat and Thermostatic that are the more commons in the industry, they have different opening sounds and closing, these it can identify them with qualified personnel and of a lot of experience, this way allowing an energy saving from the 20 to 25% of energy of generation of steam. In the same way, this study is about the recovery of condensed that one votes to the environment, he/she will be able to be carried out by means of a recovery system of condensed by means of a model mechanical bomb PT 408 Armstrong, recovering 3,900 lb/h of condensed what represents 20,31% of the whole plant, with its respective dimensions of pipes 40 and 80 schedule, valves and accessories, so much for the supply of vapor to the pump trap of condensed so that this he/she has the capacity to push the condensed one toward the tank of condensed for feeding of the boilers, as the pipe of that of return of the condensed one for the recovery of the same one. Generally allowing so much us a considerable saving in generation of vapor as in recovery of condensed of vapor and the protection of the environment.
