Sumario: In this document, the development process of the disaster recovery and business continuity plan is detailed, being these vitally important for the data processing center, due to the fact that it is deployed in a way that minimizes the effects of events that threaten operations, for this reason, plans have been developed in accordance with the COBIT and ITIL reference frameworks, in conjunction with ISO-22301; for this, the risks, vulnerabilities and threats to which a data processing center is subject have been identified, in order to carry out the evaluation of the risks, so that the actions to be taken to counteract the effects are determined adverse events resulting in a clear procedure in which the order of the processes to be executed and the actions that each member of the scenario meets for the correct deployment of the aforementioned plans are identified.
