In Ecuador there are 23 oratories-youth centers supported by 46 advisors, with great charisma, dedication and voluntary effort in their daily work. However, given the new contexts and new realities that are faced children, adolescents and youth (CAY) in a globalized world, this voluntary effort and commitment is not enough. The data show that the highest percentage of advisers, though have a university education, their formation areas do not include pastoral or oratorians issues and not address issues related to youth realities. In this context, the purpose of this work is to develop a proposal for specific training for advisers Salesian oratories-youth centers, to contribute in improving their skills to accompany young Oratorians, understanding fully the new realities they are exposed. |
