Sumario: The project was developed for the Company GARCOS S.A. which is a pharmaceutical distributor of medicines and medical supplies nationwide in the period 2015-2016. The main need for the preparation of the same was the obligation to comply with the operating requirement, which is the certification of Good Practices in Storage, Distribution and Transportation for Pharmaceutical Establishments (BPA/BPD/BPT) issued by The National Agency of Regulation, Control and Sanitary Surveillance (ARCSA). The main diagnosis was initiated with the increase of information through a checklist found on the ARCSA website and in the Human Resources area, the failures were detected and for which the improvement plans were established with the total compliance of the same. Thus achieving the consolidation of an established organizational structure, carrying out the own procedures in the Human Resources Area and implementing a diagnosis of Training Needs (DNC) in search of a development focused mainly on the needs of the staff. Also, previous internal audits were carried out and culminated with an external audit that was the one that issued the certification to the Company GARCOS S.A. Finally, the implementation of processes and procedures seeks to establish a continuous improvement in all areas which conform the distributor in order to maintain an efficient staff and satisfied customers.
