The “Ábaco” Child Daycare Center located in Calderón has seen the possibility and feasibility of opening a new children's daycare center that provides the same services such as care, education and development of children in the area "Bicentennial City" parish Pomasqui, this Child Daycare center will have the same name as the one that is already operating. This project was carried out because now a days the existence of Child Daycare Centers, has benefited a large percentage of families with children from 3 months to 5 years of age who unfortunately do not have the help of a family member or the same mother to care for their children, we have also seen the need for fathers and mothers to work equally so they can keep and raise their families. We have raised this project to benefit families with children under 5 years of age at "Bicentennial City" Pomasqui with the expansion and opening of a new Child Daycare Center "Abaco" because there is no place in this area that offers this type of services to benefit countless families who require it. The relevant studies we made have determined that we will have 100% market share since is the only Child Daycare Center in the area also the response of parents surveyed who in despite of our new proposal have already requested a place that could provide these services.
Operating costs as well as financial statements that we made show a positive gain profitability and profit from the first year response, allowing us to recover our investment and also to cover the costs the project will generate. |
