Currently the Ecuador seeks to improve the quality and life expectancy through a fair, productive, supportive and sustainable economic system based on "sumakKausay" or good living, thus it was considered the Popular and Solidarity Economy as an important point in the national system.
The Popular and Solidarity Economy is based on finding a common good, but there is still much work to do, so our theme was based on helping the Association of Agro Producers "Jesus del Gran Poder" to give them a model of Administrative Management who serve in their commercial activities.
The "Jesus del Gran Poder" association dedicated to the sale of crops, had serious problems to market their organic vegetables because their chemical nature of zero, the product became more expensive and could not compete against the like. That’s why, they search help from different institutions for getting ahead in their business but lack of administrative experience not achieved. |
