The present work has been done aiming at the design of a balance model of social
account response, which will help to determine if the Saving and Credit Group of the
Metropolitan District of Quito “Amazonas” is being socially responsible with its
main group of interest (stakeholders).
The four chapters are sustained with information mainly obtained from the Saving
and Credit Group “Amazonas”, books and web pages related to the research topic,
which this work has developed with absolute veracity.
Chapter 1 contains the justification, the problematic situation, the objectives and the
people who will take advantage from the present investigation.
Chapter 2 refers to the theoretical foundation, which is divided into the theoretical
and legal frames, what helps to gather information needed for a better understanding
of the theme and the proper development of the model.
Chapter 3 is related to the updated situation of the Saving and Credit Group
“Amazonas” and the analysis referred to the Social Responsibility.
Chapter 4 represents the proposal, which contains the social balance structured with
its variables and indicators adapted to the institution; the objectives that will guide an
adequate application of itself and the report where the results obtained from the
model are analyzed.
Finally, the conclusions and the recommendations about the results obtained from the
application of the Social Balance are shown. |
