The fundamental objective of this investigation is analyze the evaluation of the conduct
of psychosocial risk stress generated by work overload, in the area of human capital of
ARCA Continental S.A. company; in this way we propose measures that will enable
us to control and minimize the presence of stress at work, therefore we can be able to
preserve an environment or pleasant working climate within the organization.
In this investigation we analyze the presence of the psychosocial risk factor stress
through the design and implementation of a survey, the same that focuses on five areas:
Functions Motivation
Labor Relations compensation and incentives
Overload work ergonomics and risks.
Also we apply the tool "questionnaire of occupational stress of the OIT - OMS"; the
same that measures the following areas:
Organizational climate (OC) organizational structure (OS)
Organizational territory (OT) Technology (TEC)
Leader influences (LI) lack of cohesion (LC)
Group Support (GS)
In order to carry out the process and report of systematization of practical experience,
the formats and methodology established by the research department of the Salesian
Polytechnic University were used.
This investigation allowed us to establish that within the area of human capital of
ARCA Continental S.A., the presence of exposure to psychosocial risk factor stress is
in a medium level, with the presence of a person who presents exposure to this factor;
for this reason it is essential to work in the prevention of the factor called Stress to
optimize the working climate. |
