the twenty-first century, the digital journalism breaks the linear and unidirectional communication from a principle that was raised, generating a trend for the production of content hypermedia, hypertext and interactive.
However, with the constant development of new technologies and with easy access to the information every time less costly, it would defy to the saturation of information as its main disadvantage, applying a series of changes to the routines of traditional journalism and whose success will depend on the balance between the quality of the journalist in accordance with the new challenge and to the digital media, in terms of the credibility as digital medium before the audience through the journalistic information it publishes.
It is as well that objective of this research is to distinguish as work is being done on digital journalism at present in the journals indexed in the database Redalyc from 2012 to 2015.
Posing is whether the digital media can generate journalistic content without forgetting the fundamental principles of this exercise as journalistic ethics and the responsibility to inform.
