With 92 pictures this product exhibits the varied gastronomy of Colta village, in the
Chimborazo province. The magazine was divided in two chapters; the title of the first
chapter is "History, tradition and culture" and shows the traditional kitchen process in six
images with its respective explanation.
The name of second chapter is "Recipes" and this contains one picture in first plane of
each dish ready to serve. This part describes a steps, tips and ingredients for elaboration
of each food plate.
The illustrations, pictures and texts reflect the identity like an important part of history
and culture. The magazine contains one table of contents, presentation and message. These
were written based on diagnostic and field experience in Colta.
The language quichua words like “Sax Say” means "eating until the saciety". This name
was thought during the field work thanks the comments of the people while enjoyed the
food in the photograph sessions. |
