This work focuses on developing a proposal intercultural communicative approach to the Confederation of Peoples of Kichwa Nationality of Ecuador - ECUARUNARI. This is done through a theoretical basis to analyze the origin of the Andean system institutionalization and community as central to the lives of indigenous communities today, the same as with the Spanish conquest was transgressed and suspended for a long time. The exclusion and marginalization to which indigenous peoples were subjected led to permanent resistance and creating organizational structures as ECUARUNARI-CONAIE, which led the struggle for life and dignity of organized peoples. In this process there is the political proposal Indian Movement, Plurinational State building, Interculturalism and the Good Life, fundamental aspects of the Constitution of Ecuador considered. The construction of these new paradigms of life runs through the political, but mainly by the willingness of each of the people to achieve transformations in Ecuador. |
