Given the importance of improving the quality of beverage production and institutional growth that this represents for the company Orangine necessary engineering studies were conducted to establish the foundation of automation Crown Pet production line, this is responsible for the development of a range of soft drinks comprising fruit flavors, purified water, citrus and mulberry juice in containers of 250, 400 and 500 cm3 presentations made in polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a material that has proliferated in the field of drinks thanks its barrier properties with good chemical resistance and mechanical degradation. This project makes use of principles of preventive systematic process for the HACCP control that covers everything related to product safety for human consumption. Moreover solutions are presented to implement improvements in the manufacturing process of beverages which aim to increase the production of the factory and a more efficient performance in the competitive market based on the automation of the control of the activity of the production line Crown Pet. The security aspect for the product as for employees within the operating area of the company using criteria of selection and arrangement of the teams jointly developed. It ends with an analysis that takes into account the current state of the production line and the feasibility of implementing automation production line using selection criteria and installation of suitable equipment for food production leaving margin of scalability pointing to future expansion of the project based on a modular controller and network communication port integrated without this raise the price. |
