This project is a service by the company Seius S.A. who financed in full equipment for its development, which aims to implement an automated system washing the milk storage tank and installation of a monitoring of the content of one of the milk tanks.
For this equipment pneumatic control was used between these 6 solenoid valves for controlling the actuators (3 butterfly valves for washing the inside of the tank and 3 poppet valves to flush the lines), also, it has a programmable controller PLC connected in Modbus communication with a touch screen (Magelis) serves for driving the actuators of the system; the Magelis touch screen has the function of controlling the entire washing system and set the times to run the process in both automatic and manual as well as view the content of milk in one of the tanks, for which an ultrasonic sensor was used the linearization of the analog signal of 4-20mA and was able to obtain the ratio of its current signal.
The HMI is designed for controlling and monitoring system such as to keep historical data for the operator to have access to it. It seeks to achieve with this HMI in which people optimize working time in the processes and proper operation will have. |
