Sumario: The following project design and construction of a washing process by immersion in hot liquid, place and time for improving quality wash without affecting the tolerances, dimensions, material composition and especially controlling pollution environment Internal combustion engines have variable durability according to the jobs that are already under the care of different preventive maintenance that are generated to enhance your life. That's why to recover the life of the engine repair work is required going through a process of rectifying their mobile and fixed parts. Due to a high demand for motor recovery and excessive delay for washing parts is needed a process to improve the timeliness and quality of work. CHAPTER I This chapter analyzes the different cleaning processes internal combustion engines is presented, using weighting method of unequal weights, involving all devices and machines known automotive cleaning in between. A basic study material for the preparation of process and structure, main parts of the machine, steel properties and analysis of alternative mechanisms for motion, lifting, generating temperature variation as the best alternative is also performed design and construction of the mechanism and additional components to improve the current wash. CHAPTER II. This chapter is focused on the calculation and analysis of the different elements of the machine. Key decisions related to the load, the work to be performed, materials selection and other factors that are necessary to design a mechanism that is not only XIV durable enough to function efficiently for a reasonable time, but also possible to cut costs by manufacturing. You have to take into account some basic criteria when designing, these are: The resistance of each element, depends on the treatment and processing of the materials. For the construction of the elements of the system materials of ASTM A-36 are used, ease of acquisition, low cost and good mechanical properties. CHAPTER III. The representative of the actual structure structural analysis is performed using the SAP 2000 program.
