This work begin from the affirmation of humor as form of communication that
diffuse a reflection of the subordinated social sector against the power, thesis that is
demonstrated in the case of the caricature of journalist Xavier Bonilla.
Humor, communication and counterpower are human expressions that develop by
using signs and codes. Humor is a reflection of the facts and people determined,
therefore a form of communication.
In this project, the communication is analyzed as a scientific discipline and not as
a science.
Power is the ability to lead, express or manage for others exercise certain activity.
Power responds to the interests of a class or set of social classes. Addresses
counterpower as a manifestation of the subordinate classes that they oppose power,
understood as a right of the oppressed classes to rebel and resist a power that submit
them. These categories are presented in the case of Xavier Bonilla's cartoon about the
labor deployed by politician Agustín Delgado.
The work develops qualitative and explanatory type, collects bibliographic
information on the controversy of the Bonil case, incorporates the analysis of the
light of the bibliography exist on the categories: humor, communication, power and
counterpower. |
