The aim of the research was to evaluate agronomic work that is best early induction of sprouting buds, rose varieties Topaz and Mondial.
The tasks were: (A1) boot of first sheet, (A2) boot of second sheet, (D1) desnuque first sheet, (D2) desnuque second sheet, (N) not boot the blade. Was used a Complete Desing Randomized (DCA) a factorial arrangement AxB, research consisted of 10 treatments and 4 replications, a total of 400 plants was used for the assay.
For the percentage sprouting the better was boot first sheet, Topaz variety with 98.75% and Mondial with 92.5%. To stem length, button length, peduncle length existed minimum average differences for work and varieties. For the variable stem diameter, diameter button, stalk diameter showed no statistical significance. For days to harvest the variety Mondial maintained parameters while the variety Topaz had a variation of 2.25 days.
For presence of Botrytis cinerea, throughout the test did not show, the absence of disease maintained quality stems harvested, causing the percentage of stems export are greater in the variety Mondial with production of 90 to 92% and national flower of 6.25%.
The economic analysis was better for the variety Mondial with boot first sheet, the variable cost was 0.26 cents marginal rate of return of 108.66%. The results were minimal remained within the averages cited by authors.
The best work shown when boot the first sheet able to obtain a beneficial and productive result of additional 0.0866 cents which is profitable for growing roses economical. |
