Opto 22 offers control solutions for a wide variety of applications that require reliability and security, its software and hardware is used for data acquisition, process control applications and monitoring remote SCADA, using modular and compact devices with optical isolation. Opto 22 offers a guarantee of by life to its products, wich is widely accepted by users around the world.
Opto 22 teams are presented as a suitable alternative for the elaboration of projects of automation and industrial control due to its high speed of response processes. This is that development of a module of tests with Opto 22 teams, demonstrates the potential teams as system of centralized or distributed control (DSC), which is formed by two small scale processes: the capping of metal containers showing compliance with the sequential process due to use within the industries of mass production where one of its main work ítems is the compressed air; and the temperature by hysteresis indicating the continous process that are found in the metallurgical industry and cooling systems.
Elaborate processes was obtained as a result, the centralized system presents greater quickness on the distributed system. On the other hand, this paper defines theoretical foundations related to the control of sequential and continous processes, their advantages, comparisons, features, diagrams and a vision of the evolution of the Brand Opto 22. |
