Implementing a training module for controlling a process flow in the company was necessary PIL S.A. because they need to train staff to adapt to the appropriate conditions to develop the work.
New workers by joining the company are with equipment and different interfaces that were used to manage, but this module to familiarize the employee with the software and hardware you work with the company.
El The training module is designed for practice of basic, intermediate and advanced to the ground, everything is controlled by a PLC Allen Bradley CompactLogix family with a CPU 1769-L32E and self-marking software, RSLogix5000, for advanced level practices an HMI application for monitoring and oversight of the process was developed, the software used is the Factory Talk View Site Edition.
To carry out this project required careful design of the module structure and electrical connections for effective implementation. |
