This report describes a systematization project that arises on the basis that in the Maximum Security Company SEGUMAX Cía. LTDA is audited in order to be certified by the ISO norms and in this audit, it appears as a deficiency the high turnover rate of the existing personnel in the company. In order to solve this deficiency, it is proposed to implement a Personnel Retention Plan based on a diagnosis of the actual situation in the company. In order to make a diagnosis, the interview and observation were used as qualitative tools, which allowed to identify that an inadequate induction, the absence of a training system and the ignorance of the salary associated to the position, are the main problems that are affecting the performance of the entity. In order to eliminate these problems, it is proposed the Retention plan based on an exit interview to be carried out for employees who apply for leave in order to determine the main causes by which they break the employee employer link, an induction magazine that includes fundamental aspects about the company, and finally a protocol of presentation to the new workers with the aim of familiarizing them with the collective. |
