Sumario: The National Institute of Health Regulation, Control and Oversight is a public institution whose mission is to protect the health of the population through the regulation, quality control, and safety of products for human consumption and use; sanitary conditions of the establishments subject to sanitary control and oversight in its scope. Audiovisual communication stimulates various human senses that allows for institutional messages to be transmitted to the public clearly and with few errors. The purpose of a video as an institutional communication product would be to easily determine which services are most needed by the citizenry in order provide the information neccesary for quick and simplified access to them. Furthermore, audiovisual materials about ARCSA will allow for the accomplishments made by the simplification of these procedures to be evidenced as well as the citizens’ responsibility to be part of the system of sanitary control and oversight. In recent years ARCSA to management focused on strengthening relations with the productive sector and thus promote the development of the productive matrix.
